Player/Coach Quotes:
Osi Umenyiora:
“There’s no excuses,” Umenyiora said “They pay us to do a job. They pay us to stop the run and get after the quarterback and we have to find a way of doing a better job of that.”
Marvin Austin:
“I think I’ll be called upon, and I believe I’ll be ready for that challenge,” Austin said. “I’ve just got to go out there and play football. I know I’m a good football player. … Now it’s time for me to step up go out there and show it."
Markus Kuhn:
“I have to step up since Rocky is down,” Kuhn said. “I’ve been practicing all week like I always have, and now it’s for me to go out there and prove I can do even more. The more I played and the more I’m in there the better I can get as well."
Rueben Randle:
“You know, as a rookie, you’re coming in, you’re going to struggle and things like that,” Randle said. “My job here is just continue to work hard and gain trust in my teammates and the coaching staff each and every week and just take advantage of the opportunities that they give me.”

Go Giants!
Go Steelers!
We are a passing team. Even in these conditions and down WRs we will throw the ball a lot. That’s just who are as team with Eli in his prime.
I think the Eagles will win today and be hard to catch. I think the win vs up served to get them over them hump. To have played as poor as they did the first quarter and be 3-1 is only positive for them. That win vs us was big for them. If they do win today they would have already beat Bal, Pitt and us. That’s quality wins no matter the style.
Giants and Steelers, baby!
Steelers will have a rejuvenated defense against an Eagles team with with a questionable offensive line. Not to mention that playing in Pittsburgh is no easy task. I’m expecting the Steelers to win comfortably.
Giants win 24-14. GO GIANTS!!
Giants inactives: CB Jayron Hosley, LB Keith Rivers, WR Hakeem Nicks, WR Ramses Barden, DT Rocky Bernard, OT David Diehl, S Kenny Phillips.
just got off the phone with the front desk in my hotel in London and I’m a few blocks from a sports bar that will show the game. She told me I was her third call in the last hour and all were NY Giant or Jet fans. Hope its worth the effort.. Cheerio!
