Taylor was criminally charged with statutory rape and forced to register as a low-risk sex offender back in March after pleading guilty to sexual misconduct and patronizing a prostitute. He had been a willing participant in a sexual act -allegedly a one-sided sexual act- with an underage prostitute, who he claimed to be unaware was underage.

“Taylor, a 51-year-old former professional football player who is 6’3” and approximately 240 pounds, forced himself on Ms. Fierro, a slight teenager who was not only visibly injured, shaken and crying, but expressly told him she did not want to engage in sex and tried to push his enormous body off hers,” said the Manhattan federal court suit.

Taylor has since moved to Florida and been placed on six years probation.

“The plaintiff’s papers read like a fairy tale and we are now forced to release all the disparaging information we have on the plaintiff and her behavior that night,” Taylor’s attorney, Arthur Aidala told Aditi Kinkhabwala of the Wall Street Journal.

Aidala also noted that some unfortunate truths about the now 18-year-old Christina Fierro will now be forced to the surface.

“Mr. Taylor and his legal team have never disparaged Ms. Fierro in any way. Now, in defending himself, Mr. Taylor and other independent witnesses will have to reveal the rather disparaging truth about Ms. Fierro and the facts about the evening in question,” Aidala said. “Ms. Allred’s complaint reads like a fairytale of what she would like the facts to be as opposed to the truth.”
